
Ms. Dariela Nieto is a seasoned immigration attorney with extensive experience in family and employment-based immigration matters. She specializes in securing immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including EB-1, EB-2 NIW, H-1B, O, P, and Labor Certifications. Her clientele spans diverse fields, having successfully represented engineers, medical professionals, technology experts, artists, and business executives, among others.
Ms. Nieto earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was awarded a prestigious Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During her time in law school, she was an active member of Miami Law Women and gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for Judge Don S. Cohn. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida International University, further enriching her ability to connect with and advocate for her clients effectively.
In 2021, Ms. Nieto founded DN Immigration Law, building on years of dedicated practice as an immigration attorney. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), demonstrating her commitment to advancing the field of immigration law.
A native of Venezuela and fluent in Spanish, Ms. Nieto brings a unique and personal perspective to her work, allowing her to better serve her clients in navigating the complexities of the immigration process. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys exploring new destinations through travel and spending quality time with her beloved dog.
